Photo Flight Deck uses Replit's authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
The AI image generation feature uses Google's Gemini service to create images based on text prompts you provide. AI-generated images created through the Service are provided for your use within your account. You are responsible for ensuring any prompts you submit comply with applicable laws and the content policies of the underlying AI provider.
Photo Flight Deck offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are billed on a recurring basis as described on the pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We aim to keep Photo Flight Deck available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any loss of data or business resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your content will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
